The Payment

The Products can be purchased by the Customer directly with one of the cryptocurrencies accepted at the time of purchase by us or by using a third-party crypto payment service that is available at check-out. These payments may be subject to fees and confirmation time, as stated in DeFi NATION or in the terms and conditions of such third-party providers.

Currency

Pre-paid cards on sale are normally denominated in Euros (€). Any payments made for goods/services in another currency shall be converted into Euro using the exchange rate applicable on the date of transaction.

Limitation of Liability

DeFi NATION guarantees timely information to end consumers about the possible unavailability of products, digital content or services, in the same way that it informs about the other characteristics of the products. The online store of DeFi NATION is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur to users when they attempt to access the website and during it and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the website. Also, DeFi NATION has no responsibility for acts or omissions of third parties and especially unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it. Right of withdrawal

In relation to the purchase by cryptocurrency, the reversal of the transaction will happen in the amount equivalent in Euro, which is the official transaction currency for the purchase of the product. Such reversal of the transaction can only be made possible upon receipt of proof by yourself that the product purchased has not been used. You accept that due to the nature of pre-paid cards the reversal is not possible in relation to purchases of such cards, without you providing absolute and irrefutable evidence that the pre-paid card has not been used.

The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. We are not responsible and will not compensate the consumer, nor will withdrawal have any effect in the event that damage has been caused to the goods due to the fault of the consumer or in the event of use that exceeds what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legalizing documents and receipts.

You are not entitled to withdrawal in the cases of article 31 of Law 2251/94 and in any other case provided for by law or this in accordance with the law. As a customer you specifically agree that you grant your full and unreserved consent to waive the right of withdrawal in relation to all pre-paid cards and other pre-paid purchase vouchers. Moreover, you agree that in relation to crypto-currency transactions that the transactions fall within the scope of the above article of the law.
